This two weeks programme is
designed for travelers who want to enjoy Africa’s best safari
destinations in high luxury. Your wildlife adventure begins with a
three nights stay in Kruger National Park. Kruger’s vast expanse of
land is truly a global treasure brimming with lions, leopards,
rhinos, and more. Next, head to Victoria Falls for 2 nights to
experience the wonder of the world’s most magnificent waterfall.
Your adventure in Tanzania starts at Lake Manyara where brilliant
blue water is surrounded by green forests. Two famous spectacles in
Lake Manyara National Park are the tree-climbing lions which spend
most of the day spread out along the branches of Acacia trees six to
seven metres above the ground, and tree-climbing pythons. From there
fly to Ngorongoro Crater, microcosm of east African scenery and
game. The Ngorongoro Crater, a World Heritage Site at 2,286m above
the sea level, is the largest unbroken caldera in the world.
Surrounded by very steep walls rising 600m from the crater floor,
this natural amphitheatre covers an area of about 260 sqm, that’s
100 sq miles and is home to 30,000 animals; while there, make sure
you to explore the Olduvai Gorge, where scientists believe human
life originated and where many Leakey family archaeological
discoveries were made. Conclude your safari in Tanzania with five
days in the famed Serengeti National park, where the same of the
world’s most dramatic wildlife roams just a few feet from your
luxury lodge. “Serengeti” means “endless plains” in the
Masai Language and within its boundaries are more than 3 million
large mammals. About 35 species of plains animals can be seen here
including the big 5. In early June, huge herds of wildebeest,
gazelle and zebra begin their spectacular migration. In their wake
follow the predators, lions, cheetahs and wild dogs with vultures
circling overheard.
