Adele
Goodman was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa,
where she graduated in Hotel Management in 1985.
Following her education, she worked for some of the major
hotel companies in South Africa, including Southern Sun and
Sun International - for whom she was part of the opening team
at Cascades - one of the luxury hotels at Sun City - the
"Las Vegas" of South Africa.
She
was fortunate to be offered an internship with the prestigious
Ritz Carlton in Buckhead, Atlanta, which was followed by a
diverse and exciting international career during which she
worked in Paris, London and Mauritius - an exclusive and
up-market Indian Ocean island.
